About Us
BMR Logistics, Inc. the Savannah, GA agency for Pioneer Transport, Inc. is conveniently located in Pooler, GA just under 10 miles from the Garden City and Ocean Terminals. We currently have some of the best owner-operators in the industry under lease and offer what we like to call “white glove” warehousing and cross-docking services. Our terminal is concrete, well-lit, and monitored 24 hours a day by video surveillance as well as an onsite security team. We are an in-bond carrier, tanker indorsed, and hazmat certified. 1988
Bonnie Wilson – a native of Savannah began her transportation career as a billing clerk for a local drayage company with a strong work ethic and dedication to “making it happen” and moved through the industry leveling up with each move. She was proud to offer solutions for her customers and drivers alike. With this winning combination and determined mindset, she had many loyal companies and owner-operators who relied on her to help them run their businesses successfully.
2004
In 2004 Bonnie decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a lifelong dream of opening her own terminal and this is when she began an agency agreement with PFQ Companies as the Savannah agent for Pioneer Transport, Inc. Soon after the Savannah terminal opened, Bonnie became ill, but the tenacity for growth and strong work ethic that she embodied was passed along to her daughters, Melinda and Robin, they decided to keep her dream alive and her business going while Bonnie took early retirement. In honor of their mother, they rebranded their agency as BMR Logistics.
2020
As the world began to shut down due to COVID-19, BMR Logistics made a bold move by purchasing 10 acres of land in Pooler to construct a trucking terminal that includes a 30,000 sq ft warehouse and a two-bay maintenance and repair facility. The family-driven business continues with Bonnie's grandchildren now playing important roles along with a dedicated staff.
